Fireplace inserts are traditionally larger fireplaces that insert into a chimney breast and are normally surrounded by a timber surround that provides a shelf. However, various cast iron surrounds are also available. Fireplace inserts are traditionally found in the larger rooms of a home, normally the living room or dining room, this is because fires of this size will produce a greater amount of heat.
Fireplace inserts are available in a choice of finishes, all black, highlight polish or full polish. Please be aware that all the fireplace inserts are sold separately and that the surrounds photographed are not included in the price stated. All of our fireplace inserts are capable of burning solid fuels or gas (unless specified) and we can supply a choice of fully certified gas fires with any suitable fireplace.
